The Trash for Cash program is a fundraising opportunity for non-profit groups based in Campbell County. Registration begins April 1st and groups are assigned dates on a first come/first serve basis. Registration continues until available slots are filled. Once the initial documents are received (please see instructions) and a date is chosen, your group will perform a clean-up of up to 10 miles (5 miles, both sides of the road) at $100 a mile! Groups which share the same W9 information are limited to a total of two clean ups per year (example: "School A" Varsity baseball team and "School A" Varsity basketball team can each have a 10 mile clean-up, but no more). Groups are encouraged to split the effort with others from their organization. Liability waivers are not due at the time of application; however, all waivers must be submitted prior to your event. The number of available slots each year is dependent on funding.
