CAMPBELL COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING (CCDH) ADMINISTERS SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE IN CAMPBELL AND PENDLETON COUNTY, KENTUCKY.

 

CCDH DOES NOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN THE CITY OF NEWPORT, KENTUCKY.

 

Please contact Neighborhood Foundations at 859 581 2533 to make application for Highland Village in Highland Heights. Highland Village is a Senior Community and all applicants must be age 55 or older. If you subsequently have questions or concerns regarding the project-based voucher application process please feel free to contact a CCDH representative for assistance.

Our office closes occasionally from noon - 1:00 p.m. We recommend that you call to determine whether we will be open before visiting during that time. The office is closed on the following dates for holidays:

The office closes on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 3:00, unless posted otherwise. In August 2017 the office will close on Thursday, the 24th, from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Call (859) 261-5200 to verify office hours.

CCDH is closing at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2017

MISSION STATEMENT: TO PROVIDE SAFE, DECENT, AND SANITARY HOUSING CONDITIONS FOR QUALIFIED FAMILIES AND TO MANAGE RESOURCES EFFICIENTLY. THE AGENCY IS TO PROMOTE PERSONAL, ECONOMIC, AND SOCIAL UPWARD MOBILITY TO PROVIDE FAMILIES THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THE TRANSITION FROM SUBSIDIZED TO NON-SUBSIDIZED HOUSING.
